MX Bikes World (MXBW, mxbikesworld.com) is a community platform for online MX Bikes championships. This page explains what data we use, why, and who we share it with.
Data we collect
Google sign-in: your Google account name, email and picture. We never receive your password.
Rider profile: display name, number, country, MX Bikes GUID, linked Steam account (Steam ID and public name), team, bio and stream link you provide. Full name and phone, if provided, are private (only you, the administration and organizers of championships you register for).
Racing: lap times, positions, holeshots, contacts and track cuts sent by the race server, plus your championship registrations.
Technical data: session cookies (to keep you signed in and remember your language) and security/audit logs of important actions.
How we use it
To create your account, run championships, build each server's rider list (by GUID), and show results, standings, rankings and live timing.
Results, rankings, the public profile (display name, number, country, team and statistics) and live timing are public — they are part of the competition.
Google Drive (team skins)
Skin packs uploaded by team managers are stored in the MXBW administration's Google Drive. The site only uses the "drive.file" permission: it only accesses folders and files it created itself.
When your registration in a championship is confirmed, your Google email is used to give you read access to that championship's skins folder (the same applies to the organizer and to extra emails they add). If the registration is cancelled, access is removed.
Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Sharing
We do not sell data. We only share what is needed with: organizers of championships you register for, Google (sign-in and Drive), Steam (account link) and Cloudflare (which delivers the site securely).
Your rights
You can view and correct your data on your account page, ask for your account to be deleted, and revoke MXBW's access to your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Published race results may be kept anonymously to preserve championship history.
