Terms of Use

Account and conduct

Use truthful profile data (especially your MX Bikes GUID) and keep your account secure. Impersonation, cheating, abuse or disrupting championships and servers is not allowed.

Organizers are responsible for their championships' rules, results and decisions. The administration may moderate content, correct results and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Uploaded content

Tracks, skins, images and texts you upload must be yours or used with permission. By uploading, you allow MXBW to store and distribute that content to championship participants, as described in the Privacy Policy. Tracks uploaded to the servers are deleted 24 hours after the race.

Service

MXBW is a community project provided as is, with no guarantee of continuous availability. We are not affiliated with PiBoSo (creator of MX Bikes).

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version.
