When you redeem, the tokens are deducted immediately and are not returned (only if MXBW refuses the redemption).
Digital prize (skin, setup, track…): the redemption stays "Awaiting release" while MXBW writes your Steam and serial code into the file. Once released, the file can be downloaded ONCE; after the download it is no longer available to you.
Want to download again? You must redeem the prize again, spending the tokens again.
If your connection drops mid-download it does not count: try again (up to a 15-minute wait if it got stuck).
Physical prize: one redemption per rider; enter your name, contact and address and MXBW will get in touch to deliver it.
Stock is limited: when it runs out, the prize is sold out.
Tokens can be bought with the "Buy tokens" button (1 token = R$ 1.00, no refunds). Transfers between friends are at your own risk and cannot be undone.
